I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. I earned my degree from the University of South Alabama and have over nine years of experience as a Registered Nurse in mental health before transitioning to my current role as a PMHNP.
My practice is rooted in a client-centered, evidence-based approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including young adults, college students, middle age, and older adults.
