"I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) continuing to build upon my 7+ years of experience in a variety of psychiatric and behavioral healthcare settings. As an Iowa native and someone who feels so passionately about mental health, I am beyond excited to foster accessible care through telepsychiatry services across the state of Iowa, as well as Minnesota and soon New York. At this time, I provide services in Iowa and Minnesota via telepsychiatry and am also a licensed and residing provider in the state of New York. My treatment approach utilizes aspects of CBT, complementary therapies, and the mindset that medication is a tool, not the solution.
