MISSION:  Conduit’s mission is to provide counseling and rehabilitative services to individuals with emotional difficulties, behavioral disabilities, social impairments and other behaviors that prevent them from thriving and maintaining independent living. We create an atmosphere where individuals and families can be provided with innovative and effective interventions on issues surrounding the complexity of behavioral health and social relationships.
