Complete Health

Established in 1992, the Rapid City Community Health Center (RCCHC) expanded with community support. By 1997, it moved to 504 E. Monroe Street, joined Rapid City United Way, and launched the Healthcare for the Homeless Program. Renamed the Community Health Center of the Black Hills (CHCBH), it opened two more clinics and a school-based health center between 2003 and 2008. In 2016, CHCBH opened a larger facility offering comprehensive services. They introduced the IRIS Clinic for LGBTQ+ youth in 2020 and an outreach clinic at OneHeart Campus in 2021. The organization rebranded as Complete Health Center to better represent its service to the Black Hills community.
