Columbia Falls Clinic

Columbia Falls Clinic, a department of Kalispell Regional Medical Center, has been serving the Columbia Falls community since the late 1950s, when Dr. Will Bennett opened his family practice. Dr. Chet Hope and Dr. Doug Pitman joined him in 1977, and then Dr. Bennett retired a year later. Dr. Hope and Dr. Pitman erected their new building in the heart of Columbia Falls on Nucleus Avenue in 1983. Dr. Eric Brandeberry joined our practice in 2004, and Dr. Pitman continued with the clinic until his retirement in 2009. Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Laura Hall joined the care-giver team in 2008. Nearly three decades after its first move to Nucleus Avenue, our clinic expanded in June 2011 to new offices on U.S. Highway 2 West where we have convenient access and plenty of parking space for our patients.

X-Ray Services

General X-ray examinations also are available in the clinic and are conducted by registered radiology technicians. All X-rays are interpreted by a board-certified radiologist. X-ray results may take up to one week to be reported and will be reported by telephone to the patient.

Laboratory Draws
Lab draws are provided in our clinic, with results analyzed at our partner clinic, Family Health Care in Kalispell, and returned to the Columbia Falls Clinic within 24 hours for most cases.
The laboratory is accredited by the College of Laboratory Accreditation, ensuring only quality results.
It is staffed by nationally certified and Montana state licensed clinical laboratory scientists dedicated to the health care profession within our community.
The laboratory is fully automated, with advanced instrumentation and skilled scientists performing a wide array of clinical testing.
Sports Physicals
Columbia Falls Clinic provides immediate attention to the illnesses and injuries of sports enthusiasts, whether they are high-performance athletes or “weekend warriors.”

DOT Physicals
Columbia Falls Clinic offers Department of Transportation physicals for our patients’ convenience. Laura Hall, CFNP is certified to perform DOT physicals.

Medicare Wellness Physicals
Whether you need to establish your wellness baseline with Medicare or have other concerns related to Medicare coverage, the providers at Columbia Falls Clinic are available to help in every way.

Prescription Refills
Columbia Falls Clinic always is available to authorize prescription renewals. The best way to handle renewals is through your pharmacist. Please have your prescription number handy and, if possible, plan 48 hours in advance to make sure you do not run out while the prescription is being renewed and filled.
