CFCO offers residents & visitors the opportunity to access high quality, seasonal foods grown locally on family owned farms. Catch Shares offer Outer Banks Seafood.

CFCO is a resource for you the consumer to have the ability to choose seasonal, locally grown non GMO foods. Buying locally & seasonally directly supports our communities food security. Putting our food dollar in the hands of local farmers & fisherman. Families participating in our program greatly increase their interactions with the freshest nutrient dense foods our area resources have to offer.

Weekly packed and delivered Produce, Meat, Fish & Milk Shares are offered within our program.

When you become a member of the CSA, you’re purchasing a “share” from the co-op and investing in local farms. Weekly from May until October, our co-op will deliver shares to convenient drop-off locations in your neighborhood.

We offer a wide variety of beautiful foods from local fields and waterways. Through our online Marketplace, in addition to your share, you can add fruit, eggs, meats, dairy, jams, pickles and even flowers to your order.

Services:
- We’ve teamed together to offer you the freshest foods available on your vacation delivered right to your cottage. Choose a pre packed box or choose your favorites and let us do the rest.
