Bryan is a born and bred Brooklynite with 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started out at a small mortgage brokerage firm directly after graduating from Rutgers University and has been helping people ever since. As a dedicated student of the Brooklyn real estate market and he loves to help people find a way to be a part of it. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of home ownership.

He is the author of “The House Hustle”, a home buying guide for African-American entrepreneurs. Building on his experience of closing numerous loans for entrepreneurs over the years, he has developed unique skills to help entrepreneurs overcome the hurdles that often get in the way of qualifying for mortgages.

As a practitioner in Brooklyn, NY and the greater New York City area, he specializes in the financing of 2-4 unit family homes. This special class of property can sometimes be daunting to both purchase and refinance. His specific technical expertise and knowledge of these types of properties has helped many clients obtain financing, especially in cases where other loan officers that were unfamiliar with the process ran into road blocks.

He lives in Brooklyn, NY and when not helping his clients, he can usually be found reading, writing, or going to see films with his wife. He and his wife also share a great love of the arts, and are both members of the African Arts Council at the Brooklyn Museum of Art.
