Gratia Foundation, a division of the Blue Hope Performance Lab, serves several distinct 'communities' of people and provides community focused solutions. This work addresses the needs of several diverse communities that include Veterans transitioning to home life, First Responders managing the tragedy they see on a daily basis in their roles, vulnerable and 'at risk' youth and adults, and survivors of human trafficking.
