Through active listening and open ended questions, I can assist you in applying and maintaining healthy lifestyle practices. I primarily focus on stress management, anxiety, anger, chronic pain and depression. My main goal is to help you find a place where you feel safe to explore life's challenges and assist you in solving them. I practice some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Person Centered and Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction.
