BM Rentals offers 2 rental packages for Burning Man.

PACKAGE 1: LUXURY RV RENTALS FOR BURNING MAN

We offer Class C and Class A motorhome rentals for Burning Man.

All of our RV and motorhome rentals can be picked up at our designated pick up location near Reno Airport or you can arrange for a drop off by one of our technicians.

PACKAGE 2: TRAVEL TRAILER RENTALS FOR BURNING MAN

​We offer wide range of self-contained travel trailers and campers for Burning Man. All of our rentals will be delivered directly to your camp inside the Playa, and come with a full tank of fresh water, empty holding tanks and a turn key. Generators are available for an additional fee.

All of our travel trailers and campers range from 20’ to 40’ in length. View our units here. ​​

Package 2 includes delivery straight to your campsite!

Once you arrive, one of our drivers will be assigned to you to deliver and set up your trailer. Our drivers will go over the full operations of the trailer with you and will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

All of our rentals units are fully serviced and ready to go. All of the systems are tested by our certified techs before Burning Man starts, and are ready for immediate use.

All travel trailer rentals for Burning Man 2017 will include the following:

- Delivery to your campsite
- Set up by one of our technicians
- Pick up after the event
- Basic cleaning service after the event

Additional Services

We will be available on site for any support that you may need with our trailer or RV rentals during the entire event. We will be located at L at 7:00 to provide support.

SHIP YOUR STUFF!

You can ship your bulky items to our office before Burning Man, and we'll place them in your trailer before you arrive. Per package handling fees apply.

The last day that we will be accepting packages for Burning Man 2017 is August 1.

STAY HYDRATED

Each RV and Trailer rental's water tank will be filled before delivery. Should you need more water during your stay, however, you can pre-arrange water services with us and we will come and refill it for you.

Most of our customers request that we come and refill every other day.
