A session may include gentle sweeping movements of Swedish Massage, compressive strokes of Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, stretching and range of motion techniques. Our intention and mission is to create a treatment session customized for you. Whether you are experiencing pain, or simply needing to de-stress, as our client, you will be treated with the utmost respect and honesty. We strive to provide a comfortable and caring environment. If we feel that your condition cannot be improved with treatment, we will refer you to other professionals. On our first visit, we'll spend several minutes learning about you, your condition, and what you hope to gain from massage therapy. We will then design a treatment plan to best suit your needs.
