Anthony Echo, MD Anthony Echo MD, FACS, is a board-certified surgeon through the American Board of Plastic Surgery who is currently accepting new patients at his Willowbrook office in Houston, Texas. Dr. Echo is an assistant professor in the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He also serves as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City and a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.Dr. Echo completed a plastic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston at the world-renowned Texas Medical Center.
