AffirmiCare provides care management and home care assistance to seniors in Boulder, Broomfield counties, and the Denver metro area. Our senior care services include assistance with personal care such as bathing and dressing. We also assist with household chores, including light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, or other activities to engage and enhance life. Companionship is an important aspect of elderly care and can include taking walks, helping with projects, or just having fun! A significant part of AffirmiCare's work is focused on care coordination, ensuring that all the needed senior care services are in place and coordinated. We also provide travel assistance to allow seniors to attend family events or go on vacation. Care management and home care assistance for seniors is our specialty!
