She was trained by world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Mulholland on facial aesthetic procedures and oculoplastics by Dr. Richard Anderson. Dr. Chou has multiple publications in medical journals and textbooks. Dr. Chou is a well trained and experienced surgeon. She is specialized in Ophthalmology and aesthetics of the eye and face. She covers local hospital emergency departments and InstaCare facilities.
