My name is Adam Carter, I am a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been providing outpatient psychiatric services, including medication management and psychotherapy in the greater Phoenix area for the past 6 years. I was born and raised in the state of Maine and relocated with my wife and our 4 children to Arizona 10 years ago. I have been working in mental health for over 20 years. I am trained and experienced in treating a variety of psychiatric conditions with a special interest in child and adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression and anxiety.
I believe the needs of the patient come first.
