Dr. Gillen and Dr. O’Connor served as co-residents for their three years of Dermatology training at Virginia Commonwealth University, both working as chief residents in their last year. While working closely together to develop treatment plans for their mutual patients, they perfected their team-based approach to practicing dermatology as well as leadership.
