Introduction to our Company

I would like to take a moment to introduce ANB Inspection Services to you. My name is Angel Nigaglioni, the owner/inspector of ANB Inspection Services out of the Celebration area. I serve areas of Celebration, Kissimmee, Davenport, Orlando and Clermont, among others.

To let you know a little about me, I possess a BS in Civil Engineering from the ABET accredited Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, Orlando, Florida Campus; with a twelve-year inspection and construction management background for nationally recognized engineering and architecture companies. With my background experience, knowledge and education you will find my services are second-to-none.

We have completed many different types of inspections. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

Throughout the business, ANB Inspection Services provides honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity.

ANB Inspection Services takes pride in providing excellence in service. The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations. We work directly for the client. Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed, in fact, should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
